This includes but is not limited to: programs, frameworks, templates, tools, scripts, guides, courses, videos, audio, visuals, workflows, processes, systems, methodologies, and written or verbal concepts.

Etc. Projects Materials are licensed for use solely by the client or organization that has engaged Etc. Projects through a written agreement, paid subscription, or program enrollment. Access is limited to the specific purpose, timeframe, and scope outlined in your agreement.

Authorized users may:

• Use materials internally within their organization to implement training, strategy, or processes for their own business purposes.
   
• Reference or adapt concepts for internal improvement when directly tied to the agreed-upon engagement.
   

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, share, forward, or post these materials externally.
   
• Reproduce, modify, or adapt content for resale, redistribution, or to create new commercial offerings.
   
• Share or teach these materials under another business, brand, or professional capacity.
   
• Use, adapt, or monetize Etc. Projects concepts, frameworks, or systems without prior written consent and fair compensation to Etc. Projects.
   
• Remove copyright notices or claim ownership of any Etc. Projects intellectual property.
   

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Etc. Projects Materials, including derivative works, enhancements, or adaptations, remain the exclusive property of 49Maple Inc. o/a Etc. Projects. Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of Canadian and international copyright law.

All Etc. Projects content, documents, and training resources are confidential and intended only for the specific recipient. Dissemination to third parties, vendors, or other organizations without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

If Etc. Projects Materials or intellectual property are used, distributed, or monetized without authorization, 49Maple Inc. reserves the right to pursue financial compensation, royalties, and legal remedies.
